Here we have a beautifully finished 18k yellow gold Vacheron Constantin dress watch in an tonneau case design from the 1973.

This particular piece is notable for its vertical brushed golden dial, and the bold matching case. It comes in fantastic overall condition and with the original Vacheron Constantin, strap, 18k yellow gold buckle and certificate from December 1973.
