Here we have a beautifully finished Vacheron Constantin dress watch from 1940s with an amazingly designed champagne colored dial, sub second and filigree yellow gold diamond shaped hour markers and roman numerals. This particular piece is notable for its strong 18k yellow gold Spillmann case and warm patinated dial.
